Flow

The Buddhas : Hmmm, your intensity has decreased.

UN : Yes. Perhaps it is temporary. Also, I’m dealing with headache resulting from intense Daimoku.

The Buddhas : Was that your practice like fire?

UN : Don’t you think I’m steadier now? Practicing more like the flow of water?

The Buddhas : You do learn fast. What about your loudness?

UN : One of my seniors told me it’s the loudness of determination that matters more than the loudness of voice.

The Buddhas : Intelligent senior.

UN : Yes, have become less loud. However, there is this natural loudness that I’m not able to go below.

The Buddhas : Keep it natural.

UN : Ya, but my natural loudness is some notches above what I’ve seen around me.

The Buddhas : Keep it natural, not more, not less. Sometimes the natural flow will be soft. Respect that. Don’t make it loud when what’s coming out is soft.

UN : What about vice-versa?

The Buddhas : Don’t get the headache. That’s your limit.

UN : So, what you’re saying is for me not to keep the loud flow going to the extent of a headache, and to artificially soften it when I feel a headache coming in.

The Buddhas : When you feel a headache coming on is already one step too far. The flow will have signaled softness before that, and you will probably have missed the signal. Now the body sends a different signal, which it knows you won’t miss.

UN : The headache.

The Buddhas : Yes. Flow is subtle. Become as subtle as the flow of what’s coming from within you to understand the nature of your flow.

UN : 🙂 Thanks.

The Buddhas : Bye.

UN : Bye.

Dealing with Persecution

UN : What do I do about this heaviness in my thorax area and above?

The Buddhas : Describe it.

UN : Something wants to go up and is not able to. It’s stuck.

The Buddhas : Is it the element of air?

UN : Yes.

The Buddhas : You are suffering from a disturbance in the element of air in the chest, throat and neck area, it seems.

UN : Is it connected to my chanting?

The Buddhas : Well, you are a ruthless chanter…

UN : I can’t stop the flow. If it’s there, it will flow.

The Buddhas : We wish to address the stuck part. Therein lies the key. Understand the stuck part and you will be cured of this. Then chant as ruthlessly as you wish. 🙂

UN : Wow! Tell me all.

The Buddhas : Flow is blocked partly in your throat chakra. That is a result of suppression or prosecution.

UN : Prosecution? There’s nothing like the Daishonin’s prosecution in my life.

The Buddhas : Sure, not on that scale. On a miniscule scale – think hard?!

UN : Well my spiritual side doesn’t count at home. It’s worthless. In fact, till the longest time, it was a negative, and was punished. I had to hide it with shame.

The Buddhas : See, that’s persecution. Sure, not on the Daishonin’s level, but on a miniscule level.

UN : Hmmm, I do see now. Is it the cause for this blockage?

The Buddhas : Absolutely. You weren’t dealing with your situation till now. Blockage developed. You are dealing with things now by chanting regularly in spite of your immediate surrounding. Hence, blockage will go over time.

UN : Things are better in my immediate surrounding now. There’s more acceptance.

The Buddhas : That’s a sign that things are improving already. How long were you persecuted?

UN : Don’t use that word again and again. It’s on a miniscule level, not relevant for the outside world.

The Buddhas : Well, it has caused you a health issue, so you decide whether it’s serious or not. Also, how would your world like an unfit You, unable to function?

UN : I see your point. I’m dealing with it now, right?

The Buddhas : Just keep chanting wth full faith. Your immediate environment will first fully accept, and them will move with you. There needs to be no iota of doubt about this in your mind. Before you know it, this disturbance of air in your upper area will be gone, because the persecution has gone.

UN : Again you’re using that word. Stop.

The Buddhas : You’re an obstinate fellow, aren’t you. That’s actually good, because that’s why you’ve persisted. You’re almost through though, just keep going.

UN : Thanks and bye! 🙂

The Buddhas : Bye! 🙂
