Including Chandra

Chandra spoke to me yesterday.

It was during the last three minutes of my chanting session.

I could hear him. He said something like “include me too” or “pray for me too”.

I chanted those last three minutes for him.

His eyes started to glow.

Chandra was a saint, perhaps even a monk, and highly spiritually advanced. He spent multiple hours, sometimes nights, in deep meditation.

Chandra had supernatural powers. He could see and hear in paranormal frequencies. He used his powers to do maximum good.

I met him last in 2012. He was wearing a saffron cloth and had taken over multiple spiritual duties.

Chandra was my friend. I never called him Chandra to his face. Then, he was always Dr. Chandra. He was a doctor in natural and homeopathic medicine, I believe.

Perhaps he was lonely and missing his friend. I had become a friend to him, during our regular association between 1997 and 2002, and then sporadic meetings between 2002 and 2012.

The spiritual line is a lonely one.

Marriage made me hit a different trajectory. It was nothing less than marriage that took me away from the spiritual magnetism that emanated from Chandra.

I felt for Chandra. I felt his loneliness.

I chanted for Chandra.
